Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 400g of cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, combine the wheat flour and cream, mixing well. Once it becomes too difficult to mix with a spoon, use your hands to knead the dough.

  2. Knead the Dough: Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth. Then, put it in a bowl, cover with a cloth, and set aside.

  3. Cook the Filling: In a frying pan, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, mixing well. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, stirring until cooked through.
