Ingredients:
- 4 cups of wheat flour
- 400g of cream
- 1 chopped onion
- 500g of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, combine the wheat flour and cream, mixing well. Once it becomes too difficult to mix with a spoon, use your hands to knead the dough.

Knead the Dough: Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth. Then, put it in a bowl, cover with a cloth, and set aside.

Cook the Filling: In a frying pan, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, mixing well. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, stirring until cooked through.

Roll Out the Dough: Divide the dough into two parts. Sprinkle with a little flour and use a rolling pin to roll it out very thinly. Use a round bowl to cut out circles from the dough.

Fill and Seal: Place a spoonful of the prepared meat mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over, sealing the edges with a fork. If you have a pastry shaper, feel free to use that too.

Fry: Repeat the process until all the dough and filling are used. Fry the filled dough in hot oil until golden brown.
