Pasta with minced meat, also known as pasta Bolognese or simply pasta with meat sauce, is a hearty and flavorful dish that combines ground beef with tomatoes and spices, served over pasta. This classic recipe typically includes onions, garlic, and various seasonings to enhance the flavors of the meat and tomato sauce. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 450g ground beef
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 310ml tomato sauce
  • 310ml tomato paste
  • 200ml meat broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 200g pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the onion into cubes, then transfer to a pan.
Cut the green pepper into cubes, then add it to the pan, add the olive oil and mix well.
Add the ground meat, salt, black pepper, paprika and mix everything very well.
Grate the garlic into the pan and mix with the other ingredients, then add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, meat broth, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, Italian seasoning and mix everything.
Finally add the pasta, stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir occasionally until dough is soft, about 20 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella.
Cut the parsley into very fine pieces.
Add the mozzarella to the pan and mix well.Serve with the parsley.
