Pasta with Chicken and Delicious White Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g pasta
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200g of mushrooms
  • 200g of cream
  • 120ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 50g parmesan
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
In a pan add the pasta, water, salt and let it cook.
In a pan add olive oil, the chicken and let it fry.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika and stir so the seasonings combine with the chicken.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add the butter, olive oil and stir until melted.
Then add the onion, garlic and mix.
Add the mushrooms and mix.
Add the cream, milk and mix everything very well.
Add the salt, black pepper, nutmeg, parmesan and mix everything very well.
Pour the chicken into the pan and mix with the sauce.
Add the pasta into the pan and mix everything.

Add the parsley and help yourself!
