Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 100g of ham
  • parsley
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • oil

Way of doing

  • In a pan add the pasta, water and salt, mix and let it cook.
  •  After cooking, drain the water and place the pasta in a container, then add the  eggs and mix well.
  • Cut the onion in half and then into cubes.
  • Cut the ham into strips and then into cubes.
  •  Pour the onion into the container containing the pasta, add the parsley, then the ham and mozzarella, mix everything very well.
  • Add the salt, black pepper, chili pepper and mix everything.
  • In a pan add the olive oil, spread it well with a brush and add the pasta inside.
  • Adjust the recipe with the help of a spatula and cover the pan, letting it cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then, using a plate, turn the recipe over so it cooks on the other side, cover and let it finish cooking.
