Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 100g of ham
- parsley
- 100g mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

Way of doing
- In a pan add the pasta, water and salt, mix and let it cook.
- After cooking, drain the water and place the pasta in a container, then add the eggs and mix well.
- Cut the onion in half and then into cubes.
- Cut the ham into strips and then into cubes.
- Pour the onion into the container containing the pasta, add the parsley, then the ham and mozzarella, mix everything very well.
- Add the salt, black pepper, chili pepper and mix everything.
- In a pan add the olive oil, spread it well with a brush and add the pasta inside.
- Adjust the recipe with the help of a spatula and cover the pan, letting it cook for 10 minutes.
- Then, using a plate, turn the recipe over so it cooks on the other side, cover and let it finish cooking.
