Oven Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • salt to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into fillets.
Use a hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender.
Transfer everything to a container, then add the salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic and mix well.
In a pan add olive oil, onion, carrot and mix.
Then transfer everything to a container, add the mozzarella, cream cheese, salt, garlic and mix everything.
Stuff the chicken fillets with this mixture, spread well and roll each chicken fillet.
In a container add the mozzarella, cottage cheese, egg, salt and mix well.
Transfer the chicken fillets to a baking tray, then pour the mixture over everything, spreading it well and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
