Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups of rice tea
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 300g corn
  • ½ grated carrot
  • parsley to taste
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 100g parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • oregano to taste
  • mozzarella

How to do it:

In a bowl, with the rice inside, add the eggs, tomatoes, corn, carrots, parsley and mix these ingredients very well.
Add the mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt, oregano and mix everything.
Add the mixture to a dish, greased with margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour, add the mozzarella on top and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
