Ingredients:

6 eggs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
200ml of milk
100g mozzarella
chives to taste
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon of butter

How to do it:
In a bowl add the eggs, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Add the milk.
