Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
oil
3 chicken breasts
salt
black pepper
1 onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
2 eggs
120g natural yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
2 cups of cooked rice
butter
How to do it
- In a pan add the oil, chicken breasts, salt, black pepper and let it fry.
- Turn over so it cooks on the other side and season in the same way.
- Remove the chicken from the pan.
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cut into cubes.
- In a pan add the onion already cut into slices, salt, black pepper, saffron and mix well.
- Pour the chicken into the pan and mix everything.
- In a container add the eggs , yogurt, salt, black pepper, saffron and mix everything.
- Add the cooked rice to the mixture and stir very well.
- Transfer this mixture to a greased pan and spread it well with a spoon.
- Then add the chicken inside.
- Pour the rice over everything, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
