Oven-Baked Rice with Chicken

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
oil
3 chicken breasts
salt
black pepper
1 onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
2  eggs
120g natural yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
2 cups of cooked rice
butter

How to do it

  • In a pan add the oil, chicken breasts, salt, black pepper and let it fry.
  • Turn over so it cooks on the other side and season in the same way.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cut into cubes.
  • In a pan add the onion already cut into slices, salt, black pepper, saffron and mix well.
  • Pour the chicken into the pan and mix everything.
  • In a container add the  eggs , yogurt, salt, black pepper, saffron and mix everything.
  • Add the cooked rice to the mixture and stir very well.
  • Transfer this mixture to a greased pan and spread it well with a spoon.
  • Then add the chicken inside.
  • Pour the rice over everything, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
