Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • parsley

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 50g parmesan

  • 1 chicken breast

  • oil

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 60g wheat flour

  • 200ml chicken broth

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Way of doing:

  • In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper and parsley.
  • Grate the garlic clove over everything.
  • Then add the parmesan and mix everything.
  • Cut the chicken breast in half to leave it open.
  • Place plastic wrap over the chicken and gently tap it with a hammer.
  • In a pan add the olive oil and butter and let it melt.
  • In a container add the wheat flour.
  • Then bread the chicken breasts.
  • After breading, dip in the mixture made previously.
  • Place in the pan to fry.
  • When one side is fried, turn to fry the other side.
  • Once done, remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan add the chicken broth, garlic, lemon and bring to a boil.
