Ingredients:

8 ounces of noodles (your choice, like udon or rice noodles)
1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound of beef, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
2 green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles: In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the teriyaki sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well combined.

3. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the thinly sliced beef. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

5. Add vegetables: Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

6. Combine everything: Add the cooked noodles, beef, and teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.

7. Serve: Plate your delicious noodles and top with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy the fantastic flavors!

Notes:
Feel free to customize your vegetable mix based on what you have on hand or your favorites.
For extra spice, add a dash of chili flakes or hot sauce to the teriyaki sauce.
