Ingredients:

  • 1kg of wheat flour
  • 500ml warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 small packet of 10g dry yeast for bread

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the milk, butter, yeast and mix well.
Add sugar, salt, oil, egg and mix well.
Add the wheat flour little by little while stirring, add until done.
Use your hands to stir the dough, then knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Take a piece of dough to make the shape of the bread, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin, then roll the dough and place it in a pan greased with butter and wheat.
Repeat the process with the rest of the dough, place it in the pan and then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then brush the bread with an egg yolk and place in a preheated oven at 180c for 35 to 40 minutes.
