Ingredients:

  • 250g cabbage
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Way of doing:

Grate the cabbage, then transfer it to a bowl, add the minced meat.
Grate the onion, add it to the bowl, add the egg and mix everything very well.
Add the paprika, salt, black pepper and mix everything.
Take some of the meat and shape it into a ball, do the same process with all the meat.
Add a little oil to a mold and grease the bottom and sides well, then place the meatballs inside, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
In a container add the mozzarella, mayonnaise, mix well and set aside.
After baking the meatballs, remove excess water, then place the mixture made previously on top of the meatballs, bake at 200 degrees until the cheese melts.
