Ingredients:

  • 400g of  meat
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 150g broccoli
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 100ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the meat, pepperoni, soy sauce and mix well.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
In a pan add olive oil, then the meat, stir and let it fry.
After frying, remove the meat from the pan and place it in a container.
In the same pan add a little more oil, the onion and fry.
After frying, remove the onion from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add more oil, then the carrot and let it fry for 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli and let it fry for 1 minute.
Add the peppers, salt, black pepper, garlic and let it fry for 1 minute, mixing everything well.
Add the soy sauce and mix.
Finally, put the meat back in the pan, then the onion and mix with the other ingredients.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, then pour this mixture into the pan, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
