Meat with Potatoes, Easy to Make and Super Tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 500g of meat
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, add them to a bowl and cover with water.
Roll up the slices of meat and then cut into slices, then transfer to a bowl, add the cornstarch and mix well with your hands.
Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them with a cloth.
In a pan add the oil, garlic and stir, add the potatoes and mix, then the salt, black pepper, paprika and mix well, cover the pan.
In another pan add the oil, sugar and mix, add the meat, let it fry for a while, then add the paprika, salt, black pepper, basil, garlic, onion and mix everything. Add the soy sauce and mix.
On a platter add the potatoes, meat on top and parsley.
