Meat with garlic cream and rustic potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes

  • oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon chimichurri

  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

  • 200g of cream

  • 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup parmesan

  • parsley

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 600g of meat

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 onion

 

Way of doing

  • Cut the potatoes into a canoe shape
  • Place the potatoes in a container
  • Then add the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, chimichurri, dehydrated parsley and stir.
  • In a baking dish add the olive oil and spread with a brush
  • Then add the potatoes, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • In a multiprocessor add the cream, cottage cheese, crushed garlic cloves, parmesan, parsley, salt and let it blend well.
  • Cut the meat into thin strips
  • In a pan add the olive oil, when it is hot add the meat, stir and let it fry
  • Add salt and stir again
  • After taking the potatoes out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil and place them in the oven again at 200°C for another 10 minutes.
  • Cut the onion in half and then into slices
  • Add to the pan and let it fry for another 5 minutes
  • Pour in the garlic cream and stir again
  • Place the potatoes in a container and the meat next to it
