Way of doing
- Cut the potatoes into a canoe shape
- Place the potatoes in a container
- Then add the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, chimichurri, dehydrated parsley and stir.
- In a baking dish add the olive oil and spread with a brush
- Then add the potatoes, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
- In a multiprocessor add the cream, cottage cheese, crushed garlic cloves, parmesan, parsley, salt and let it blend well.
- Cut the meat into thin strips
- In a pan add the olive oil, when it is hot add the meat, stir and let it fry
- Add salt and stir again
- After taking the potatoes out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil and place them in the oven again at 200°C for another 10 minutes.
- Cut the onion in half and then into slices
