Ingredients:

  • 500g liver
  • 150ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water

How to do it:

Cut the liver into strips, then transfer to a bowl, add the milk, stir and set aside for 30 minutes.
Transfer the liver to a sieve and drain all the milk.
In a container add the oregano, garlic powder, paprika, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Place the liver inside the container with the sauce, and mix well.
In a pan add olive oil, liver, onion, peppers and mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
To finish, add the tomato sauce, water and mix.
Cover the pan and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
