Juicy potatoes – the perfect side dish!

Way of doing

  • Cut the potatoes in half.
  • Place in a pan and cover with water.
  • Add salt
  • Let cook for 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, place the butter and stir until it melts.
  • Then add the potatoes and let them fry.
  • Turn the potatoes to fry on the other side.

  • Add black pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic and butter.
  • Squeeze the lemon and mix well.
  • Add the parsley.
