Juicy Pork Fillets with Garlic Soy Sauce Glaze

Ingredients:
parsley
4 pork fillets
black pepper
salt
oil
1 tablespoon of butter
4 cloves of garlic
50ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey

How to do it:

Season the fillets with black pepper and salt.
Then turn and season on the other side as well.
In a pan add the oil and meat and let it fry.
When one side is fried, turn to fry the other side.
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Then add the garlic and mix.
Add the soy sauce, honey and mix again.
Keep turning the fillets while they fry.
Remove them from the pan and add the parsley.
