Ingredients:

  • 1kg potatoes
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • parsley to taste
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

How to do it:

In a pan add the potatoes, water until covered, salt, stir and let cook.
Cut the parsley.
