Homemade potato salad – easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 5 boiled  potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon of  salt

  • parsley

  • Black pepper

  • 240g  wheat flour

  • 10g baking powder

  •  wheat flour

  • 100g mozzarella

  • oil

Way of doing

  • In a container add the boiled and cut  potatoes , add salt and mash well
  • Cut the parsley into small pieces
  • Season with parsley, black pepper and mix
  • Add the wheat flour, baking powder and mix again
  • Take the dough and mix with your hands
  • In a container add the wheat flour, place the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Divide the mozzarella into 8 pieces
  • Sprinkle wheat flour on the table or on a cutting board, place the  dough on top of the  flour and add more  flour on top.
  • Divide the  dough into 4 pieces
  • Shape the dough into a round shape
  • Use a kitchen roll to roll out the dough 
  • Divide into two parts and place a piece of mozzarella in each.
  • Then just close
  • Press the edges using a fork
  • In a pan add the oil and when it is hot add the savory
  • Let it fry until golden on both sides
  • Remove from the oil and help yourself!
