Homemade Pizza with Stuffed Crust, Super Easy and Delicious!

Ingredients:
250g wheat flour
½ tablespoon of biological yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
150ml of water
2 tablespoons olive oil
ham
mozzarella
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300g mozzarella
pepper to taste
oregano to taste

How to do it:
In a bowl, add the wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and olive oil and mix well.
Knead the dough with your hands for 5 minutes until you get a smooth, even dough. Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
After this resting time, place the dough on a table with a little wheat flour and roll it out with a rolling pin.
In a greased 26-centimeter pan, add the dough, remove the excess and let it rest for 3 minutes.
On a plate, add a slice of mozzarella and ham on top, roll it up and repeat the same process with more slices.
Place the ham and mozzarella rolls in the dough, lining the sides, then close them with the excess dough that was left outside the pan.
Make holes in the center of the dough with the help of a fork, then add the tomato paste, spreading it well and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
When it cools, add the 300 grams of mozzarella, ham, pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.

Finally add the oregano on top of everything and serve!
