Homemade banana cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 120ml of milk
  • 80g butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 240g wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • nuts

Way of doing:

Remove the ends of the bananas and then the peels and cut them into slices.Transfer everything to the blender, add the eggs, milk, butter and let it blend until it is uniform.While it’s beating add the raisins.In a container add the wheat flour passing through the sieve, this helps the dough to become lighter.Add the brown sugar, salt, baking soda, yeast soup, cinnamon and mix everything.Add the liquid mixture into this container and mix everything very well.Add walnuts and mix.Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.Help yourself!
