Way of doing:

In a container add the eggs and beat well.
Add the sugar, melted butter and beat again.
Add the milk and mix.



Add the wheat flour passing through a sieve, so that the dough becomes lighter.
Mix everything again and when the dough is uniform, add the yeast.


Cut the apples into medium pieces and then into cubes.
Pour the already cut apples into the dough.In an already greased pan, pour the dough and spread it.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.Sprinkle sugar on top.

  • 150g sugar
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 apples
