Heavenly Stuffed Potatoes: A Savory Delight

Ingredients:

  •  potatoes
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • oil
  • 2 onions
  • 150g ham
  • parsley to taste
  • eggs
  • mozzarella to taste

How to do it:

Place the potatoes on aluminum foil, then oil them.
Cover with another aluminum foil, fold the edges to close completely, then bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
In a pan add the butter, oil, stir until melted, add the onions and fry.
Add the ham, parsley and mix.
After removing the potatoes from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, then place the potatoes on a cutting board, make a cut in the top of each one and use a spoon to dig into the center of the potatoes, removing the inside.
Fill the potatoes with the previously prepared mixture, place portions inside each one.
Then add an egg to each potato, then the mozzarella.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley on top and help yourself!
