Healthy Cucumber Salad

  • Cucumbers

  • 20 grams sugar
  • 20ml soy sauce

  • 10ml apple or rice vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cucumbers:
    Slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well, and let them sit for 15 minutes to release excess water.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
    Grate the carrot and chop the green onion.
