Healthy and Delicious Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • ½ onion
  • 2 tablespoons  of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  •  black pepper to taste
  • 3 potatoes
  • olive oil to taste
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 130g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons  of mayonnaise

Way of doing:

Cut the onion into slices.
In a pan add the olive oil, onion, salt and  black pepper .
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Place the potatoes inside the pan, over the onion, one at a time, leaving them in a row.
Then season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil and mix.
Place the chicken pieces in the pan, over the potatoes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, then transfer to a container.
Grate the mozzarella, add it to the container along with the tomatoes, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Remove the chicken from the oven, remove the foil, then add the mixture over the chicken.
Bake at 200 degrees for another 15 minutes.
