Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • black pepper to taste
  • oil
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 500g of ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add them to a bowl, season with salt, paprika, black pepper, olive oil, mix very well.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
In a bowl add the ground meat, salt, paprika, black pepper, breadcrumbs, eggs and mix everything very well.
Line a dish with parchment paper, add the ground meat, mozzarella, roll with parchment paper, add the potatoes to the dish, on the sides of the lined meat, and bake for 40 minutes.
