Green Corn Cake, Easy to Make and Irresistibly Tasty!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 380g green corn
  • 1 can of sugar
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 can of corn flour or cornmeal
  • 1/2 can of oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup

Way of doing:

Pour the corn into a bowl, then the eggs and transfer to a blender.
Use the corn can to measure the milk, corn flour or cornmeal, oil and sugar and pour it into the blender, then blend everything.
Add the yeast and beat for another 30 seconds.
Grease a central hole mold with butter, add the mixture inside and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 40 minutes.
