Gourmet Eggs Cooked the Way You Never Imagined

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • seasonings to taste
  • Black pepper
  • saffron
  • salt
  • oregano
  • parsley to taste
  • 100g mozzarella

Way of doing:

In a pan with water, place the eggs and let them boil for 10 minutes, then remove them and place them in a container.
Pour ice water into the container the eggs are in, then remove the shell from the eggs and cut each one in half.
In a pan add the butter and melt over low/medium heat, then add the eggs, with the yolk facing down, add the black pepper, saffron, oregano, salt, mozzarella, parsley and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
