Way of doing:

Add the tangerines and eggs to a blender, then the sugar, salt, yeast, butter and beat everything very well.
Pass everything into a bowl, through a sieve.
Add the wheat flour, little by little, while mixing.

When you reach the point, remove the dough from the bowl, place it on a table, with a little wheat flour and start kneading.
Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for an hour.

Remove the dough from the bowl, place it on the table again, with a little more wheat flour and start shaping the dough.
Divide the dough into several parts, take one of the parts and shape it into a round shape.

Add everything into a greased pan, cover with a cloth and let it rest for an hour.
Brush egg yolk on the dough, and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
