Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • ginger to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • chives to taste
  • lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce

How to do it:

Remove the liquid from the tuna using a sieve, then transfer it to a bowl.
In a container add the eggs and beat well until homogenized.
Pour the beaten eggs into the bowl and grate the ginger inside.
Cut the parsley and chives very finely, then transfer them to the bowl, then add the lemon zest inside, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and mix everything very well.
Shape the mixture into a round shape.
