Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 60g wheat flour
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon butter (for sauce)
  • 90g honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
  • Chives, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Make square cuts in the chicken breasts and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. Melt Butter: In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over high heat.

  3. Coat the Chicken: In a bowl, add the wheat flour and coat the chicken breasts thoroughly.

  4. Fry the Chicken: Add the coated chicken to the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Add Garlic: Mince the garlic and add it to the pan. Flip the chicken and fry for another 2 minutes.

  6. Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-high, add the remaining ½ tablespoon of butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir quickly to avoid burning. Let the sauce boil and cook for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.

  7. Garnish: Finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the chicken before serving.
