- 3 tablespoons butter
- 60g wheat flour
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon butter (for sauce)
- 90g honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
- Chives, to taste
