Fried Cabbage, Easy and Delicious Dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1 pepperoni sausage
  • 1/2 onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ cabbage
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Way of doing:

Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Cut the Calabrese sausage into thin slices.
Transfer the bacon to a pan and stir, then add the Calabrian sausage and fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
After frying, transfer everything to a bowl.
Cut the onion and peppers into slices.
Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil, add the onion, peppers and sauté, then add the salt, black pepper and mix.
Add the cabbage and mix, let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce and mix well, then add the sausage and bacon and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing well.
