Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- salt
- oil
- 1 onion
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- garlic powder
- 500g of ground beef
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon of tomato
- 1/2 cup of water

Fry the Potatoes:
- In a hot pan with oil, add 3 sliced potatoes.
