French Fries in a Different Way

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ chopped pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 3 boiled  eggs
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add salt and mix well.
In a pan add oil and as soon as it heats up add the potatoes and let them fry well and then remove them from the pan and set them aside.
In another pan add the butter and let it melt, then add the onion and sauté, then add the pepper, tomato, salt, paprika, black pepper, oregano and mix well. Finally add the mozzarella, cover and wait until the cheese melts.
Add the fried potatoes that were reserved in the pan, then the  eggs and mix.
