Flavorful Chinese Fried Rice with Shrimp

Ingredients

50ml of Soy Sauce
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Drizzle of Oil
300g of Pink Shrimp
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
2 Beaten Eggs
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon of Grated Ginger
100g of Fresh Peas
100g of Broccoli
500g of Cooked Rice

How to prepare

Start by cutting the carrot into dices. 
Cut the onion into thin strips. 
In a skillet, add the butter and stir until fully melted, add a drizzle of oil. 
Add the shrimps, season with salt, black pepper, stir and let them fry for 4 minutes. 
After this indicated time, set aside. 
In another skillet, add a drizzle of oil, add the beaten eggs, stir until well fried. 
Now, in a saucepan, add a drizzle of oil, add the minced garlic cloves, the grated ginger, stir until slightly golden brown. 
Add the onion strips and stir. 
Then add the fresh peas, the carrot dices, the precooked broccoli, stir well. 
Add the fried eggs, the shrimps and stir again. 
Add the precooked rice and stir well until incorporated. 
Add the soy sauce and stir. 

Serve.
