Egg Sandwich, Easy and Delicious

Ingredients:

Sandwich 1

  • 2 loaves
  • butter
  • 2  eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • mozzarella
  • cheddar cheese

Sandwich 2

  • 2 slices of bread
  • Ham
  • cheddar cheese
  • 2  eggs
  • chives to taste
  • butter

Way of doing:

Sandwich 1

Add butter to each slice of bread.
In a bowl add the eggs, salt, black pepper and beat until smooth.
In a pan add the bacon slices and fry on both sides.
Remove the bacon from the pan, then add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the beaten eggs, when it starts to harden add the slices of bread, then turn and fold the sides.
Add the slices of bacon on top, a slice of mozzarella, then close the bread.

Sandwich 2

Cut the bread slices in half.
Cut a slice of ham and a slice of cheddar cheese in half. When it hardens, turn it over, then fold the sides, place the slices of ham and cheedar cheese on top and close the bread.
In a bowl add the  eggs , chives and beat well until smooth.
In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then pour in the beaten  eggs , then the slices of bread, turn to wet on both sides.
