Delight in a savory egg pancake that’s both simple to prepare and packed with flavor.

This recipe combines fluffy eggs with a hint of salt and aromatic oregano, complemented by gooey mozzarella cheese and savory sausage.

Cooked to perfection in butter, this egg pancake makes for a satisfying breakfast or brunch option that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 4  eggs
  • salt
  •  butter
  • mozzarella
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3  eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 sausage

Way of doing:

In a container, break the eggs.
Separate the yolks from the whites and leave them in another container.
Add salt to the yolks and beat well.
In a pan, spread the  butter with the help of a brush.
Pour the egg yolks into the pan and when they are fried add the mozzarella.
Double the recipe a few times so that it completely covers the mozzarella.
Place the egg whites in another container and add the salt and oregano.
Mix well and pour part of the mixture into the pan.
Fold everything again until you join the two parts.
Pour in the rest and fold until it forms a pancake shape.
In a container add the eggs and salt and mix well.
Grease a pan with butter and pour in part of the eggs.
When it is fried add the mozzarella and sausage.
Roll it into a pancake shape covering the entire sausage.
Pour another part of the mixture into the pan.
Add mozzarella and roll again.
Pour in the rest of the mixture and add mozzarella.
Roll up again and remove from heat.
