Ingredients:

  • 500ml of water
  • 300g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4  eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

In a pan add the water, pasta and salt, stir and cook for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add the  eggs , salt, black pepper and beat well until smooth.
After cooking the pasta, drain the water, then pour it into the bowl and mix with the eggs.
Add the mozzarella and mix well.
In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, add all the pasta, spread well throughout the pan, cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
Turn the pasta over with a plate and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Add the mozzarella on top and cover the pan just until the cheese melts.
