Ingredients:
2 cups fresh blueberries, ~1.5 pints
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, ~1/2 stick
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup honey or agave
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¾ cup almond milk, or any kind of milk

Instructions:
Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream.
Spray an 8×11-inch baking dish with cooking spray and then add the stick of butter. Then, transfer it into the oven to melt while it’s preheating. Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Place the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Whisk them together.
Add the milk and whisk to combine, then add the honey and whisk again. It should be the same consistency as a pancake batter.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and transfer the batter into it. Scatter the berries on top of the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center of the cobbler is mostly cooked.
Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream.
