1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 cups of wheat flour (240ml cup)
1 tablespoon of baking powder

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Set aside.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup of sugar, cinnamon powder, and baking powder until well combined.

  6. Fold in Apples: Gently fold the chopped apples into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour into Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve: Slice the cake and enjoy it warm or at room temperature. You can serve it plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar for an extra touch!
