Delicious Homemade Bread!

Ingredients:

50ml of milk

3 eggs

5 tablespoons of sugar

3 tablespoons of butter

250ml hot milk

1 tablespoon of organic dry yeast

1 teaspoon of salt

7 cups of wheat flour (240ml)

1 yolk

Way of doing:

Beat the eggs, sugar, butter, milk, yeast and salt in a blender for a few minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, followed by the wheat flour, little by little, while mixing.
When the dough reaches the driest point, place it on a table with a little wheat flour on top and start kneading the dough for a few minutes until it becomes a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands, then let it rest for 1 hour.
After this time, divide the dough into several pieces, take one of the pieces of dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin, then roll the dough and do the same procedure with the other pieces you divided.
Place all the bread in a greased and floured pan and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Add the egg yolk to the milk and mix well with the help of a fork and finally brush the bread with this mixture, to give it a golden appearance at the end.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the breads at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
