Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of honey
120ml soy sauce
60ml chicken broth
salt to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper

How to do it:
Cover the chicken breasts with baking paper, use a hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender, then cut the chicken breasts into six parts.
Cut the rosemary into very small pieces.
Grate the garlic into a container, add the honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, add the rosemary and mix everything very well.
Then add the chicken breasts to this mixture, spread well so the sauce incorporates into the chicken, then place in a cool place and let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
In a pan add the olive oil, add the chicken, draining the excess sauce first, and fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, pour the remaining sauce into another pan and cook for 1 minute, then reduce the heat to simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half and forming a coating.

Serve the sauce over the chicken.
