Delicious Baked Ham and Potato Dinner

Ingredients:
5 potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
200g ham
1 onion
oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
mozzarella to taste

How to do it:
Add the sliced ​​potatoes to a pan, cover with water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Cut the ham into squares.
Cut the onion in half and then into rings.
In a pan, add the olive oil and the ham and sauté well, then add the onion and continue sautéing.
In a pan, add the butter and stir until melted, then add the wheat flour and mix well, while mixing, add the milk little by little, then add the salt, black pepper, oregano and mix for another 5 minutes.
Add a ladle of this mixture to the bottom of a baking dish, then the potatoes, then the sautéed ham, pour the remaining cream, the mozzarella on top of everything and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
