2 eggs

200ml of milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups of wheat flour

1 teaspoon of yeast

cherry

How to do it
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- In a container add the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and wheat flour passing through a sieve.
- Add the yeast and mix everything very well.
- When the dough is uniform, dip each slice of banana into this mixture.
- In a pan add the oil and place the slices to fry.
- When they are golden, turn them over so they fry on the other side.
- When they are completely fried, remove them from the oil and set aside in a container.
- Add cherry and honey.
