Ingredients

  • 5 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 200ml of milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of yeast

  • oil

  • cherry

  • honey

How to do it

  • Cut the bananas into slices.
  • In a container add the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and wheat flour passing through a sieve.
  • Add the yeast and mix everything very well.
  • When the dough is uniform, dip each slice of banana into this mixture.
  • In a pan add the oil and place the slices to fry.
  • When they are golden, turn them over so they fry on the other side.
  • When they are completely fried, remove them from the oil and set aside in a container.
  • Add cherry and honey.
