Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • wheat flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil

Way of doing:

Make slices in each chicken breast.
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a container add the eggs and beat well until homogenized.
Bread the chicken in wheat flour on both sides, then coat in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
In a pan add enough oil to cover the chicken fillets, then add one chicken breast at a time, fry on both sides.
