Crispy Fried Chicken Breast with Golden Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
salt
oil
6 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons butter
3  potatoes
oil
1 onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
200ml of cream
parsley
100g mozzarella
6 cherry tomatoes

How to do it

Make a cut in the center of each chicken breast so that it can be stuffed.
Season with salt
In a pan, place the olive oil and the chicken breasts
While frying, stuff each one with the garlic cloves.
Then put butter on each of them
Turn over to fry the other side.
Cut the potatoes in half and then into slices.
In another pan add the oil, the potatoes and let them fry.
Add the chopped onion and mix
Add salt, black pepper and mix again.
In a bowl, add the cream, parsley, mozzarella and mix well.
Transfer the chicken to this pan and place on top of the potatoes.
Place the tomatoes on top of the chicken and then add the mixture on top.
Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
After this time the recipe is ready.
