Crispy French Fries: A Perfect Snack

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
2  eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
65g wheat flour
oil
½ onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
black pepper to taste
chives to taste (optional)

How to do it:

Cut the potatoes into strips, place them in a bowl, and cover them with water to wash them.
Dry them well with a towel or paper towel, then place them back in the bowl, add the eggs, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, and wheat flour and mix these ingredients well.
In a pan, add oil, add the potatoes and fry until golden.
Cut the onion into small cubes, add to a bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper and mix well.
After the potatoes are fried, remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl lined with paper towel.
Cut the chives into small pieces and throw them over the potatoes.

Serve the potatoes with the sauce.
