500g chicken breast

200g of cream

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of saffron

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon of salt

1 egg

1 lemon

1 cup of wheat flour

1/2 tablespoon paprika

1/2 tablespoon black pepper

1/2 tablespoon oregano
Way of doing
- In a platter add the chicken breasts.
- Then add the cream and mix.
- Add the paprika, saffron, black pepper, oregano and salt.
- Mix everything very well.
- Add the egg and squeeze the lemon.
- Mix again.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a container add the wheat flour, paprika, black pepper, oregano and mix.
- Now coat the fillets in the flour mixture.
- In a pan with hot oil add the fillets, one by one.
- Let it fry on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and place in a container lined with paper towel.
