Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 lb (225g) lump crab meat
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices (for serving)

Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Shrimp and Spinach:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper (if using).
3️⃣ Combine and Bake:
Gently fold the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and spinach mixture into the creamy cheese base. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
4️⃣ Serve:
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
